Do you offer branding on gifts?
Yes, we provide professional design services to add custom branding to your gifts and packaging, ensuring they align perfectly with your company’s identity. We can offer custom branding on select items, such as apparel, accessories, and packaging materials. Please note that there may be minimum order requirements for certain branded items, depending on the product and supplier. We’ll work with you to find the best options that fit your needs and budget.

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can offer individual shipping to gift recipients, making it easy to send gifts directly to your clients or team members. Please note that this option is available with certain gifting items and is included in the Kandinsky, Monet, and Pannetier packages. We’ll work with you to ensure everything is arranged efficiently for your recipients.

How far in advance should I place an order or book services?
Each project is unique, and timelines may vary based on the details and scope. If your project has a specific request date, please specify that in the provided project details so we can ensure timely delivery. Below is a general timetable for each service/package:

What areas do you serve?
Based in Austin, TX, we proudly serve clients nationwide. While most of our services are available across the country, some may be limited depending on the specifics of the project. Additionally, our holiday decorating services are available only in select locations.
Can I order an engraved bottle and have it mailed to recipients?
Yes, you can order engraved liquor or wine bottles and have them mailed directly to your recipients, with the exception of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Utah. Bottles can be customized with personal messages, designs, and logos to add a unique touch to your gifts.
